In our class, Hatha Yoga, which continues the Indian tradition, is performed with an emphasis on pose alignment. You will especially feel the effect of adjusting your posture and body structure through yoga practice. By paying full attention to the details of the pose, you will be able to concentrate and use your power, while at the same time relieving the tension and stress of your body and mind. The most important thing is not the quantity of movement, but the quality and content. Practices must always be safe.
In this Hatha Yoga class, you can keep one pose for a long time, correct it to the correct alignment, and further enhance the effect of the pose. By intensively practicing the process of holding and letting go in this way, the strength and stamina of the body and mind will increase. The number of poses is small as a whole, but it is important to perform each pose accurately and with a lot of feelings.

Start with simpler asanas for beginners and work your way up to more difficult intermediate asanas. Let's continue the yoga journey without forgetting the consciousness to take it to the next level while following a systematic process.

The studio has props to help you find the right alignment of poses, including blocks, blankets, yoga belts, chairs and bolsters. With the right props for each, you can keep the pose in the correct alignment, whether it's your first pose, someone with an injury or other disability, or someone with a stiff body. Focusing on alignment is very important in yoga practice.

In addition, our studio teaches yoga philosophy and mantra chanting classes in a traditional way. The yoga philosophy is based on Patanjali yoga sutra, and the mantra class focuses on the mantra that is chanted at the beginning and end of traditional hatha yoga practice.
