introductory yoga

This class is suitable for those who are new to yoga. Concentrate on areas that are difficult to stretch and observe your body to create the foundation for each pose. We practice gentle asanas while emphasizing alignment, so even those who are new to yoga can feel at ease. Elderly people are also very welcome!

It's a 60 minute class.

level-2

This class is for intermediate to advanced students. In this class, in addition to basic poses, backbends and inversions (handstand poses) are performed. You will be holding the pose longer in this class than in other levels. It's a 90 minute class.

gentle hatha yoga

Breathe and pose slowly while relaxing the tension in your mind and body.
Anyone who is new to yoga, who wants to start regular exercise, who has a stiff body, who wants to relax, or who has left yoga but wants to start again, is welcome.

level-1

This is a class where you learn about basic asanas (poses) one by one, using tools that suit each person as support. For those who do yoga for the first time, those who are new to this studio, and those who are already teaching yoga. This is a class where you can learn slowly. Personal Yoga

This class is for those who have some kind of physical problem, such as an injury or breakdown, and for those who want to learn more about their body through poses and deepen their practice.

This is a class considering our current situation. It will be an online class using Zoom.

 

About Zoom online classes If you would like to take Zoom online classes, please download the Zoom app to your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
After downloading and creating an account, please contact us. We will send you the online class meeting ID and password.
I also use yoga props in my online classes. Please prepare 1 yoga belt, 2 yoga blocks and 1 bolster.

 All level

This class is for those who have taken Level 1 classes several times or have practiced yoga for more than a year. In this class, we will practice basic poses in various variations. It also includes short pranayama (breathing exercises).   This is a 90 minute class.

Yin yoga class

Yin yoga is a relaxing form of yoga that originated in the United States in the late 1980s, incorporating the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine into yoga asanas. A major feature is that one pose is held for about 3 to 5 minutes, whereas active yoga (yang yoga) such as Ashtanga yoga mainly approaches the muscles, yin yoga mainly focuses on the ligaments around the joints. It targets tendons, fascia, etc., and is said to have the effect of increasing the range of motion of joints and increasing flexibility. In addition, it is said that performing asanas that are conscious of the "meridian", which is the passage of qi and blood in Chinese medicine, is useful for improving the function of internal organs. In this class, we also incorporate reflexology (massage of reflex points such as hands and feet) depending on the time.
