YogaTeacher Training Course (TTC)
 

This Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is divided into Level 1 and Level 2.
Upon completion of Level 1, a certificate of completion of 100 hours of TTC will be awarded.
The National Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Certificate and Registration is available upon completion of both Level 1 and Level 2.
RAJ YOGALAYA TTC 100 Hour Basic Level 1 will start in March 2023.
There is a weekday & weekend  course. Both courses are 12 days and consist of 6 hours of lectures and practical training.

Teacher Training Course (TTC) Yoga Teacher Training Course

 

We have been teaching yoga teacher training to people all over the world every year for more than 10 years in Korea, China and Japan, including Yoga capital Rishikesh, India.

Many students who have completed TTC are active as yoga teachers all over the world.

Some people visit our ashram in Rishikesh every year, and I enjoy their stay in India and continue to study together.

Whether you are new to this TTC or have been learning over and over again, I hope that everyone will share their thoughts and feel harmony across generations and nationalities.

Raj Yogalaya is the Japanese branch of Yoga Padma Rishikesh in Rishikesh, India. This teacher training course will be the same as the TTC held in India.

In the RaJ Yogalaya Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC), you will learn traditional Indian hatha yoga. At the end of the course, you will be qualified as a National Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT200).




 

Purpose of TTC 

 

While learning how to practice various asanas, you will be able to analyze in detail from the anatomical side that the possible asanas differ depending on the physical condition. By regular asana practices, you will gain a deeper understanding of what your body can do and what adjustments can help. Being able to focus on your body from a new perspective will help you prevent injuries and lead a healthy life, and you will be able to focus your deeper awareness on your body when walking and running. It will be like. Knowing your body's limits and being able to predict your range of motion will result in a strong and flexible body.
At the Raj Yogalaya TTC, you may face a variety of challenges. However, your ability will develop as you practice in the course, such as the ability to continue, the ability to keep poses, the ability to concentrate, and the courage to speak in public. At the end of TTC, you should be able to feel that your body, mind, and emotions have stabilized and that you have grown tough. The experience gained through TTC is a wonderful experience that can never be experienced anywhere else. The people you meet here will forever occupy a special place in your heart. At the end of the course, you will be able to understand each other in a unique way and you will have a lifelong friendship.




 

Details of the TTC program

The content of the program is the origin of yoga, the basics of asana practice, correct alignment and its application, various effects that yoga has on the mind and body, and classic yoga. In addition, pranayama and basic meditation methods according to Yoga Sutra, teaching methods of Surya Namaskar, and mantra chanting practice are also included.
Learn the correct way to do asanas, how to adjust and teach, how to do pranayama based on the power of breathing, how to teach pranayama and what to look out for. While deepening your own practice, you will also improve your teaching skills at the same time. In addition to teaching practices, you will gain a better understanding from small feedback sessions (through hands-on exercises in teaching asanas and alignment). In addition to learning various asana shapes and alignments, you will also learn the Vinyasa Yoga Sequence, which combines asanas, pranayama and meditation.

Asana :

An important part of Hatha Yoga is the practice of asana.
Hatha yoga's "Ha" means the sun and "Tha" means the moon, so "hatha" is a technique for balancing minute life energies, the backbone of all yoga. is. Everyone knows how important it is to have a strong, healthy and vibrant body. A healthy body leads to increased willpower and is the basis for freeing the mind from the body and exploring its depths.
In the TTC class, you will understand the roots of yoga and acquire the knowledge and practice of how to use asana effectively to live a long life while maintaining youth and health.

  By regular asana practices, your body will be more healthier. Asana practice has countless health-related benefits that anyone can use. You should be able to realize that asanas are more than just physical exercise.


Pranayama :

Prana is translated as breathing and vital energy, and ayama is to expand and stretch, that is, pranayama is to expand and control breathing. Practicing Kumbhaka to control your breathing.
Demonstrations and hands-on exercises on Nadi Shodana, Bhramari, Ujjai, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika and more.


Meditation :

Meditation is essential to calm the mind and improve concentration.
It is also related to the quality of concentration in terms of awakening consciousness. Through meditation, you will learn to free yourself from outer perspectives and stereotypes.
We will explain and practice meditation methods, Trataka meditation, and Mantra japa meditation that target the sound of Om AUM.


Yoga Philosophy :

Yoga Philosophy Learn about the idea of yoga as a philosophy and its roots, Sat Sanga (a gathering to realize the truth), Upanishads (gathering and learning together), and Vichara (questioning). Yoga philosophy is "teaching full of love", that is, "wisdom", and we value ourselves from the idea of something that is bound by something that does not change, and "awareness". It will take you to the state of gain. The effects of YOGA are relieved of the pressure and suffering of the past, and you can find that life is full of joy and very easy. In the philosophy class, we will focus on group discussions and share what everyone has felt.
